Hello Mud Jag 2 is Mud jag from previous
2000 xk8 convertible
130k miles
1.Replaced ABS sensors, rebuilt computer and (finally) the pigtail that gets strained to short out in the right front wheel well
2. Replaced the pressure lines to the top after green shower (surprize)
3. Replaced the fuel pump. Install KM air cleaner
4. Replaced timing chains and tensioner after it jumped timing
5. Replaced the plastic bits thermostat housing with aluminum
6. fixed the broken visor supports
7. Replace all the ignition coils, and all the knock sensors.
8. Dont do the one under the injectors, they are plastic and they break. replaced broken injector rail and calibrated injectors
9. Should have paid to get that done
10. Replaced the front and rear shock mounts with aftermarket parts. Replace rear shocks and axle nuts.
11. NOW getting warm air on the right a/c vents and cooler on the right. I need a "HOW TO" video on replacing
the actuators. I see someone has asked for this from the Czech republic, apparently its time on this car, Your mechanic wants $800 bucks, labor

As far as mechanic charges go, the Third Rule of Acquisition plainly states, "Never pay more than you have to."
This place exists to help Jaguar owners abide by that rule. There is not a problem or issue these cars might develop that someone here hasn't successfully dealt with. You've come to the right place.
