Default Hello, new to forums but long time reader.

I love Jags, my first was a 2009 XF S/C with low mileage. Unfortunately a truck driver wasn't paying attention and killed it after only 6 months of ownership. I bought a 2012 with 30k miles also a XF S/C, fully loaded, a few days ago. I owned it for only about 30 minutes, and drove not even 5 miles from the lot before it went into limp mode lol. This is, for now, what I will be posting about. My intent is to purchase a F-type R a little over a year from now, I'm just working on my auto-loan cred working my up until I can finally get one. Apparently financiers won't let you just jump to a $100,000 car without working your way up first. I decided on a beautiful XF 5.0L instead of a F-Type 6 cylinder, only because I can't imagine owning a F-Type that isn't a V8. I'm a sucker for a V8 anyways.

Hello,
I Hate it when some "inattentive" person kills your car! One did that to me a few years ago too. I'm glad you're OK.
Congratulations on your Latest Jaguar.

Welcome to the forum XFFtype,

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the previous accident and current faults. I've read your other post about the recent adventures with the XF.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
