Hello from southeastern USA.
Hi, my name is Joe and I'm a first time Jaguar owner living in Silk Hope, North Carolina USA. I recently bought an X300 in nice condition but in need of a little work for $1600.
I'm replacing the head gasket now and it needs shocks and some bushings but I still think I'll end up with a solid car for not too much money after I've done all of that.
At least I'm lucky and can handle most mechanical work myself to keep costs down. All of those days in my youth hanging out in garages wasn't a waste of time like my parents thought, it's allowed me to make all sorts of bad car and motorcycle decisions over the years!
I'm looking forward to joining in the fun at jaguar forums. Thanks for having me!
1997 Xj6 Titanium Grey exterior, Oatmeal interior. 170K miles.
