Help My Car is Locked Up

I just had my car serviced and when they reconnected the battery the alarm went off and the car will not start. I do not have the electronic key only the blackk key.
A couple of years ago this happened and the tow truck driver did a sequence of items to get the key to connect again. Does any one know what to do. PLEASE HELP the nearest jaguar dealer is 200 miles away from me and I need a quick kfix

Welcome to the forum, begs the question as to why they disconnected the battery if you had not given them the alarm remote.
