Hi, I found the 'secret' menu by holding down Menu and Phone buttons and was having a look around when I think I told it to update the software. The screen went blank and the LCD underneath flashes between 50 and 51.

I've had a search around the forums and downloaded the Loading.kwi file, slow burned it to a disk and put it in. I switched car off and then on 30secs later but nothing. Ive left it for 30 mins now but still same.

The blower is stuck in the on position (full heat) and I cant turn it off as none of the buttons work!

That'll teach me for pressing buttons eh?

Ok, I sorted it. Got an updated map disk from here Jaguar Sat Nav Update Discs | Sat Nav DVD

Very reasonable price, popped the disk in and it cam back to life!
