Default Hi

Hello!

Just joined up as my dad just bought this....

A 1999, XJ8 Sport, lovely car has a few issues like the wipers having a mind of there own, and a post in the XJ8 X308 section, about a missing pipe, but apart from that it's really nice.
I'm thinking this forum will come in very handy!

Welcome to the forum urbexia,

I can imagine the wiper could soon get very annoying like that! The X308 tech section
will be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Enjoy the forum.

Welcome urbexia, 'cutting your teeth' on the x308 is a great choice to enter the jaguar ownership role. Tell dad a good detail will bring that lovely paint (british racing green?) back from the dead.

Default Cheers

Thanks for all the welcomes

I've just bought a tub of 3m fast cut to try out on the paint, then I'll need to wax it good as we live out in the sticks. 1 run into work usually wastes the wash it had the day before!
