Hi, to all.
I'm Jim (Jimbad), and I am relatively new to the Jaguar Forum. I am currently "Jaguar-less" but I am looking to buy a used XK8 convertible. Back in the sixties I owned an XK140 MC roadster (I wish that I still had that one!) and about 15 years ago I totally restored, and owned, a 1969 E-Type roadster. This car was actually featured on German television at the time that the E-Type was accepted in the MOMA as a piece of automotive art. The TV station was doing a feature on the E-Type's acceptance into the museum.
In any case, I'm looking forward to my "new" Jag.
