My name's Art and I'm up here in the PNW north of Seattle. 
I've always loved convertibles and truly distinctive, powerful luxury cars whether current, classic or vintage. I'm fairly agnostic regarding brands, but I have my favorites... hence my presence here.
In my garage sits one golden brown 1988 XJS V12 Hess and Eisenhart, nicknamed "Moneypenny" by my lady, awaiting a total interior redo. She runs but needs charging system and oil seal work.
Additionally, I acquired in August what appeared to be a fantastic deal on a 57,000 mile dealer-maintained, single-owner "Meteorite" colored (silver) 1999 XK8 with black leather interior nicknamed "Galore" (by me).
Galore has some very minor issues, but her appearance belies her age. She corners fantastically and runs like the wind up in the Cascade Mountains just east of Puget Sound. My lady loves putting on a scarf and sunglasses for a top-down high speed cruise in the summer!
Just got some good advice on a problem from a couple days ago when Galore suddenly stopped. After the intial troubleshooting, it worked!Problem solved!

Definite them running in the vehicle naming - keep them away from Oddjob!

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
