Hi everyone
Hi I don't remember if I posted an introduction to myself or not. During the last few months of 2017 I bought a 2003 X type 2.5 that when I bought it it drove great, trouble is since buying it the car developed all kinds of problems; brake servo appeared to quit so I checked for vacuum leaks and the engine breather had developed a split in it so I changed that, that cured the brake servo problem I noticed a fluid ooze like stain at the control valves so have bought a pair of those "O" rings and will change them asap.
I now have a message on my drivers control saying gearbox fault also cruise control unavailable, when checked on a code reader it has code p1643 and p0332 knock sensor 2 circuit low input ( bank 2 ).
This is where I ask for advice I cant find the P1643 code in my book of codes and don't know where on the engine the knock sensor is also on the code reader it say's CAN link Engine Control Module/Transmission Control Module Circuit/Network where it has code P1643.
Can anyone give me any suggestions??
