Default Hi Everyone!

Hi all,

First, thank you for allowing me on this forum!

I've recently acquired a Daimler V8 and thought that this great forum would be able to guide me all the way to returning this beast to the road!!!

As far as I'm aware it's been sat in a garden for the last 8 years, no surprises then when I couldn't start it, LOL!

More about myself, I'm in the Army, REME to be more specific, so I have some engineering knowledge (I think)!

thanks again, Michael

Welcome to the Forums.

The members in the XJ8/XJR (X308) Tech Section will sort the beast.

Good luck.

Welcome to the forums Michael,

You could find a Jaguar is more of a challenge than a Challenger.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xj-xj8-xjr-x308-27/ to the X308 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.

I've added vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. If you want to change these, go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
