Hi everyone, new member
Hi all, I've just joined the forum after browsing for a week or so. What a fantastic set of members and contributions there are. I'm about to take ownership of a 2010 XKR, trading in my Porsche Macan Diesel S feeling that I needed more excitement.
I've previously owned a 4.2 XK 2006 and what a fantastic car that was. It was reluctantly sold in 2010 to raise funds for a house project and since then I've been through a couple of Mercedes (meh!), a Lexus hybrid (yawn!) and lastly the Porsche (actually pretty good) but the itch to get back into an XK never went away.
I look forward to getting to know any local owners.

I've been reading the posts about installing the reversing camera to the 2010 model and as I understand it a modified SDD is required. Does anyone know of someone in S England who has the software to activate the reverse camera?
