Default Hi Guys, Im new.

Hey everybody! Its pretty neat to find a forum for Jaguars. A few months ago I purchased a XJS. A 1976 XJS. It was sitting in this guys garage in Long Beach since 1996. Something with the engine and emissions kept him from passing smog. I talked him down and got a good deal on it. It sputtered home and after a quick tune up I managed to get it running much better and its got some power. It needs a bit of work as its a little rough around the edges but I have some plans for it. I dont get much of a chance to work on it as Im in the military, just weekends, so progress might be a little slow but Ill have it done in a pretty timely manner.

Welcome DK, the new car just needs some TLC. We hope she treats you well as you move towards bringing her back to original glory.

Enjoy the forums, and from everyone, we appreciate your service to this country.

Welcome DK. We look forward to sharing the resto' with you. The detailing section will give you some great tips to help you out with the body work, and the XJS section holds some great knowledge.

Take care.
