Default Hi from Ireland

Hi everybody,

I'm Brian from Ireland, currently into my third year of ownership of my '03 X-Type - love the car and have been lurking here on and off whenever I've had trouble with my car.

I've just finished changing out the front ARB drop links and tie rod ends - I took some pictures as I had a bit of trouble and thought they may be of benefit for others. I'll start another thread for the write up.

I've just ordered a new window regulator repair kit and will do a little write up for same when I get round to fitting it - probably this weekend as I have my NCT (MOT) shortly.

Other jobs I know that I have to do are rear lower control arms, rear ARB drop links and possibly ARB bushes - there are a few kits with all the above for sale on fleabay and I'll probably attack them all at the same time.

Anyway, I look forward to sharing the experiences - I'm a tinkerer at best with a limited toolkit (and no garage) so hopefully some of the information will be useful to those contemplating similar work!

See you soon.

BK
