Hi All,


Looking for tire suggestions for my 2005 XK8, running the factory recommended tires, 245/40 on the front, and 255/40 on the back, on 19 inch stock rims.


Considering a taller profile tires to fill out the wheel well a bit more. This is my daily driver in the summer. Don't a need a z rated tire, and am willing to sacrifice a bit of performance for aesthetics.


I'm new to the forum, and your input is greatly appreciated!

• as an XK8 owner, you will have worked out that that Forum is the place to browse or ask for technical advice, but the fact you have an XK8 will be lost in future ... unless, you add your car details to your signature (see mine) with model, year, engine variant, any other mods - all of which ensures that those advising you are accurate and relevant. Go to <User CP> on the Main Menu bar; work down and click on <Edit Signature>. Similarly, you can add a logo or pic to your avatar. Done once, now each of your posts will carry them permanently.

All that remains is to see you dive in ... and enjoy,

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
