Default Hiya all

Well I thought I might as well join this forum, got a 3.0D x250.

I was in the motor trade for over 35 years (self employed for about 20 of them), quit the trade in the mid 90's. Served an apprenticeship as a motor vehicle technician with a strong background in mechanical and body repairs.

Cars haven't changed much over the years, they still work on basic principles. Some aspects have improved, some not so. I have only had to book a car in once in the last 15 years to have fault codes pulled on a Mercedes I had due to not owning a star reader, other than that I do all my own repairs.

My first jag was a series 1 XJ6, after some 20 odd years I now own a X250.

It will be good if I can help someone on here or.....get some info from time to time (no knows everything!).
