Yesterday I bought a Jaaaaaaag.

I promptly took my wife and child to dinner. After flirting with the waitress a few times, I finished my meal and inquired with my wife to take care of the bill, "while I go pull up in the Jaaaaaaag."

I then made my best Clarkson impression while greatly exceeding the speed limit on our way home.

For those that don't get it...


Anyways, I feel like I got a wonderful deal on this new 35t. I cross shopped it against the BMW X3 xDrive35i, new Audi Q5, and the Land Rover Discovery Sport. One of the biggest draws for me was THE POWA! Damn this thing is fast. I was also very impressed by the size of the Jag over it's competition. It's big enough to carry the family and still have room for our two dogs.

The best thing, with the exception of the X3, I got the lease payment lower than any of the other vehicles. In fairness, the X3 was a demonstrator with 4K miles on it. It was a sweet car too, but the Jag was simply more fun and practical.
