2005 jaguar x type 3.0.

I need help with the brakes, I changed the rear calipers and pads, now all four brakes are locking up on me. The brakes paddle becomes very hard, building up to much pressure. Everything was working fine before I changed the calipers can someone please advise on what to do. Thanks
