Introducing my Beast :)
Hello All!
As I am new to the forums and Jaguars too I would like to introduce myself and the beast :P My name is Patrick, i live in Manchester UK, most my cars up until now had German roots, Golf mk3, mk4, Passat, audi a4, BMW 3 series and my last car a V8 E39 5series that served me well for past few years ( and sounded nice with an X-pipe and Eissenmann exhaust).
But for some time now I wanted something a bit different, more refined but not only in technical way, something with some Claws

So at the end of Last month (Jan 2012) i have bought this baby

Its an early 2007 XKR in Midnight Black (think thats how they call it:P) with Ivory Leather and wood interior and what a Car it is!
Since the weather is not so kind here in UK i did not yet have a proper chance to enjoy this cats potential but it should be quite interesting
Car has 45.000miles and Full service history so im hoping to avoid any real issues for atleast a year or two.
Here is another picture

I love the profile sometimes i just stall for a second or two before getting in
All in all Good to be here, hope to spend some quality time with people on this forum as i did on beemer and VAG forums.
Cheers!

(mostly my own ***, but *** kicking nevertheless
)
Norri, the "Completely satisfied" sign was what i would like to call a rethorical question in regards to the XKR
and then some
AJ16er, can't argue with what You said
Thanks.
Right guys, im probably just really lazy but will it be ok to Clone my first post from this thread (the intro) to create a thread about the Car itself that i can update whenever anything interesting is being done to it etc. I will be probably looking somewhere down xk section or members cars?
Keep on rollin'
