Default Introduction

Hi all,

Thanks for having me.
My names Roger and I live in Australia - bought a series 3 1979 Daimler Double 6 in January and have been working on little bits and pieces.
It's in really nice condition with no major issues - just the normal little things that happen with age.
They don't seem have as big a following here in Australia as they do in other parts of the world, however the local Jag club I'm part of is pretty passionate.
Seems the knowledge and community in this group is amazing. So many people willing to share their experience is great to see.
I look forward to working on the car with the help and knowledge of this group. First on the list is sorting my vacuum lines - a lot of which are non existent and of course oil leaks.
Peace out.
Roger

Welcome to the Forums.

Lots of V12 related info in the XJS Tech Section, and the "stickies" at the top are worth a read.

Thats the 2nd one I have seen snaps of with the S2 bumper arrangement, must have had excess at the build time.

Looks good from over the border.

Not factory - previous owner did mine. Not sure if I prefer the s3 bumpers or not, the chrome adds a bit of old school charm though.
