Default Introduction

I have a 1968 Series 1.5 that I recently restored and my Wife has just acquired a 2008 S-Type with the 3 liter V6. Both very nice cars even thought the S-Type has way too many electronics.
We are both from Bedfordshire (UK) and came to the US in1966. We have owned a variety of cars and pickup including a 1965 MG B and a 1960s Mini. A wonderful little car.

Welcome to the forums Peter,

I've moved your other Intro post with the message centre question to S-Type forum for advice from members with the same model. Here's the direct link to it:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ailure-274067/

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ed-v8-x200-15/ to the main S-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Northeast Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northeast-35/ to find other members in your region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
