Hello folks. I'm James and I'm in Gloucester, England. 10 years ago, I started looking at X350 XJRs but ended up putting all the money I had into a house and sidelining that plan.
In September last year (between lockdowns) I travelled to the Wirral to look at and buy a 2003 XJ6 sovereign with 118k on the clock. It's my first Jaguar and I'm enjoying the whafting. Prior to this I've had 2 Bmws, two alfas, two Saabs and a few boring cars.
I'm now getting to the point in my ownership where I sort out niggling problems so thought I'd join what appears to be a phenomenal source of knowledge and experience.
I can see you've already found your way to the X350 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.

Nice looking car James, certainly stands out in the street amongst the other 'mediocre' cars.
Smart idea to buy the house first!
