JAG TECH HELP AVAILABLE!

Please see below post from a Jag technician who has very kindly offered technical assistance.
As per his request - Please please make sure we respect his annonymity at all times!
Thanks very much for all your help, past, present and future Jag tech, much appreciated by all
I am new to the forums. I am a Jaguar technician and will be willing to help you all in anyway I can. The only thing I ask in return is that you do not use my name in anyway when talking to dealers. I will help you because I love what I do and any way I can help "customers" I will. I do this for a living and love it. So please respect what I ask and you will have help here for years to come. Thanks and happy motoring.
Jim
Respect your anonymity we will.
We can use all the good techs we can around here; I'd say about 75% of the first time posters around here need service/troubleshooting help. I say help 'em, then hopefully they will return with additional content to contribute. Or just jabber on with no real direction, as I do from time to time.

Nice to see you getting around the forum and more involved Jag tech.
Its always a great asset to have a Tech on the site to share knowledge and help with some of the more difficult issues that crop up with our cars.
Thanks from all at Jaguarforums

Thanks for your assistance offer FJT. I'll be the first to admit that I have some major and some minor items I need to address with my car. And from past experience in specialty forums, this is the first place to go. This is a place to give and take for sure, but I wouldn't bombard the experts all at once because it's not fair to them...make no mistake their expertise is greatly appreciated though!
That said, if anybody needs advice regarding X-rays or coffee, I'm happy to oblige.
Cheers,
Tom

The Jag experience just continues to get better. Having little knowledge about Jaguars I have to say "this forum is a gold mind."

No I didn't buy it because it looks so fantastic.
I bought it for my wife - who wanted it because it looks so fantastic!!
