hello there
new to this site
have had my jaguar s type 2.5 v6 sport for just over a year now
brill car but noticed that it has a phone system buttens on the radio section .....
have tried to link up my iphone 4 to the car system but without luck

• Enter ##3#*# using the keypad and press the green Send/End icon ("Discover me" appears on the screen)

• Select "Settings"
• Select "Bluetooth"
• Set the Bluetooth to ON
• Select "Jaguar" from the scan results
• Enter PIN 1313
• Select "Connect"

• NOTE: During pairing please use the PIN 1313.

this is the info iv found on the internet but cant find any green button or how to put the code into the car
any help would be brill

Jaguar certainly make hard work of BlueTooth! Compatible phones are limited and the functions (e.g. Address Book) aren't available on all phones. Setup is a combination of vehicle keypad and phone input. Do you have the Jaguar Bluetooth Handbook (JJM 10 31 99 552) which details the procedure?

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...charged-v8-15/ to the S-Type section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Id be interested to know if you got this to work. I never got mine to work...Ive had my SType 2 years now and I havent tried in months to pair my phone.....

 

This was Intro thread was started on April 15th 2013 and wishmasters has never been back on the forum since that day.

Presumably Lindsay doesn't have Jaguar Bluetooth installed.

good afternoon everyone
have had my s type jaguar 02 plate 2.5 v6 for just under two years . have been a member her i think just after ... have posted a request for information and have been advised to have the codes checked on my car .... just after i had the car i found on ebay a code testing unit .... just wondering where on my car would i find the plug unit to connect to
any answers would be brilliant
