Jaguar XKR Won't Start
My 2009 Jaguar XKR is not starting at all. It's giving the following errors on the dash: "DSC Not Available", "CATS System Fault", "Park Brake Fault". Usually all these errors are a sign of a voltage problem and this happened a little less than a year ago when I had to have my battery replaced. But the battery was replaced 11 months ago and is good, I though still tried to use a jumper to see if it would help and it still doesn't start.
I had the starter and alternator checked and they are working just fine. I had the brake sensor replaced and that hasn't helped the non starting issue either. I'm placing the key fob in the insert slot in the center console, that doesn't help.
Any thoughts?

I'm sorry your cat is having a hissy fit. Someone will be along soon to direct you to the correct section where you can learn about all those codes and how to fix them.

You posted in the wrong forum. You should repost to the X150 forum or perhaps a moderator will come along and move your post over there. In the meantime go to the X150 forum which is for XKs 2007-2015. In the upper right corner is a search box enter your question there and you will be directed to several threads on the subject.
I find that if I press the start button keeping it pressed and then step on the brake pedal for no more than 1-2 seconds, invariably my XKs have always started just fine. Good luck and welcome aboard. When your car is running please post some pics.
If your battery is not putting out 12.5 volts when the ignition is on, it is time for a new battery. Your symptoms sound very much like a voltage problem.
