Default The Kitty Followed Me Home

Just came home with a 2004 XKR coupe. I bought it in North Carolina from a private seller who had just done a pre-purchase inspection for another interested party. "Thanks" to the seller and "sorry" to the other interested party. The car is Jaguar racing green with a tan leather interior, Recaro seats and Brembo brakes. Sweet. There is some condensation under the left front headlight lens that I'll need to take care of. I'll be watching the forum to learn how to do that.

Welcome to the forum and beautiful car.

Be sure to check out the XK8/R section:
XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum

Also check out the DIY sticky thread, there is a lot of useful information there.

Headlight condensation is a common problem with an easy fix.

I usually leave stray pets at my parents home, but I don't blame you for keeping this one! Glad to have you on the forum!

Welcome to the forum PatB,

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar Forums.

Follow Charlie's link to the XK8/XKR forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues. You'll find a section there Headlamps (HID and Halogen) which details the cause and fix for headlamp misting.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
