Long time forum-junkie, new here though.
Nice to meet you. Call me Tony, please.
I live in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. I have no kids, but I have a Jaguar, an Audi, and a Harley that I love dearly. I am also an extremely amateur karaoke singer. I make up for my lack of ability with an impressive polyester-based wardrobe. I guess I am something of an enigma in that I am a pudgy 40 year old white guy that has a passion for old school Motown and Funk. My Afro is both mighty and removable, and my platform boots have fishtank heels.
My pride and joy is my 2009 XKR Portfolio. I have been a fan of Jags since I was tall enough to crawl into one, and I decided many years ago that the XK series was the one for me. The Portfolio has all the goodies, and I figured that if I was going to do it, I might as well go all out. The car is indescribable, everything I knew it would be and more. Seriously, I talk to it in the garage sometimes. My girlfriend gives me the stinkeye every time I emerge from the garage because she knows who my #1 is.
I also have a 2004 Audi allroad for winter shenanigans and a 2013 H-D Street Glide for the occasional wind therapy session. I need a bigger garage.
Anyway, the pleasure is all mine. I'll be seeing you around the forums!

Welcome to the forum Tony,
Great Intro. We usually like to see vehicle pics here but let's go for one from a karoake session.
Follow Steve's link to the XK/XKR tech section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
Enjoy the forum.
