Greetings Forum members! Picking up my first Jaguar tomorrow...it's a 2005 Jaguar XK8 Coupe. Buying it from the original lady owner who has pampered the car since day one. Anxious to begin my 'Jaguar experience'.

I'm a long time car guy, and have restored and raced vintage sports cars for 20+ years. The only British cars I've owned to date were a 1958 'Bugeye' Sprite, a 1959 Triumph TR-3A, and an MGB (just to see what masochism feels like). Most of the others were various Porsche models (356, 911, 912, 944, Boxster), and a 1968 Ferrari 330 GTC 2+2 Coupe.

Hoping this Jag drives and performs as good as it looks!

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
