Default My first post and question.

My front seat passenger got a drip of water on her foot while driving. On inspection the carpet was damp in same area. The cooling system has required a very small top up every two weeks or so. From this I am assuming the heater hose inside the car has a small leak as no leaks can be seen anywhere else. Has anyone had the same symptoms and if so how big a job was it to rectify?

Welcome to the forum Paul,

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar forums. Is the carpet damp with coolant (possibly indicating a heater leak) or with water (possibly blocked AC drains)?

Follow this link XJ ( X308 ) XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X308 section for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southwest Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/southwest-us-az-tx-nm-ok-37/
