Default Never owned a Jaguar

Hi,

For a long time, I've wanted the classic looking Jaguar. I've decided that I should get one, so I'm looking at the XJ8, which appears to have most of the classic look before it all went to what I consider crap in 2004.

I look forward to reading and writing.I

Hello,
I have to agree with you about the disappearance of the Classic, Classy look. That's one reason I drive a car 40 years old!

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum Anonday,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the X308 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

You can also visit the US Midwest Region forum by following this link US Midwest - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Welcome. Marcus.

I think a thread all your own will get more answers than attached to another.

Only way is to drive both. Not just around the block, but a decent drive.

I am not a fan of the X Type, but I am old and the S Type is just more suitable for me.

As for years etc, I will leave that to people in your market to answer.
