Default New butcher from NJ

Hey! My name is Rob.. obviously. im in Nj.

Managed to find a local selling a 1983 XJS shell for 600. No engine or trans, body in ok shape. Inside in good shape too. Talked him down to $250 and got it towed to my house!

Going to make the outside pretty and drop a 5.9 cummins in it along with a 5 speed swap, custom mounts and some butchering is in the works for this poor jag.

Anyway, joined to ask a question and got my answer but ill browse around here and there

Did I read that right? 5.9 Cummins with a 5-speed?
I guess I did!
Wow!
I might have to haunt the XJS section just to see how you do that.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
