I'm Linda from Ontario, Canada. Technically I don't own a Jaguar, actually if you want to be really technical mom doesn't own her Jaguar either. Dad bought it and gave it to her and calls it her car but his name is on the ownership. But they are separated so it's at mom's house and I use it and I'm the one who has to go to the internet to find out where stuff is on the engine so I have some claim to the vehicle. We have a 2001 Jaguar S-type 3.0 L engine. Its black and the Jaguar was stolen off the hood but dad got another one (which he won't put on because it will get stolen too). Mom loves Jags. We've had it for 5 years or more and it was in a bit of a rough state when dad got it but he's good with cars and has friends with shops so it was a good buy and fixed easily and cheaply enough.

I'm here because dad comes and asks me where the tie rod is or the fuel pressure sensor is.

Thanks! I hope so because my mom really does love her Jag, in fact dad has been talking about finding another one for her since this one is starting to show it's age.

 

Lol, I stopped at the corner store near here and on two separate occasions a guy came up to compliment me on the beautiful car. Wish mom could have been there to hear it, lol!

Thanks for the welcome! And thanks for the link Mikey. My dad wanted to hit some car shows but he missed the one he wanted by 2 weeks. He hit an autowrecker today to see if he could find some parts. He's really great about being able to salvage parts and save money working on cars. Just sometimes he can't find the part he's looking for.
