Welcome to the forums - Well, I can only offer that I used to live in Colorado, guess that might exclude me from all that fun! But, glad you're now part of the site!

All the Best,

Thanks for the welcome. The list of cars? Well, it might be of interest that I bought most of them new ... which is a clue as to why there can be so many ... the older you get, the longer the list of cars can be. LOL

The first link is the Colorado Springs area Club ( Jaguar Club of Southern Colorado » About ) and the second is the Denver area Club ( Rocky Mountain Jaguar Club Page ) Both are great clubs and we partipate in many mutual events also. Neither club is exlusive to XKs, however. All years, and models of Jaguars are represented (even one former Jag owner that drives a BMW is still a member)!

Thanks for the info. We will check it out. My wife and I are looking to run a few rallys. BTW, Carol used to own a '67 RS/SS 350. Kelly P.

JimC64,

Thanks for the upgrade. I'm in the midst of a fairly significant performance upgrade to my car, would it be best to post info about that here, or in another section?

Thumbs up

Redcat/Kelly P.,

Neither Colorado Club currently has anyone that has experience organizing rallies. If you have that ability, you would be really welcomed as a member of either club. Membership in either one also includes membership in the Jaguar Club of North America at no additional charge. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions or want additional info. Tom

I am here in Denver, and I must drive past the Piccolos restaurant used for Rocky Mtn club meetings at least 4x week, and I live 2-3 miles from there. My newly acquired XKR coupe 2002 is my first although dad's XJ 1997 is still nearby and working fine. I am not sure I will keep the 2002 for many years as I usually do with cars but if I replaced it I would be going straight to the XK150 series beginning 2007 as I just drove a client's and the standard exhaust was great although the X100 external style cannot be beat.
