Welcome rfshafer`, i'm in Florida too! St. Cloud, just south of Orlando. I bought a one owner 1999 XK8, triple black, 36,000 original miles, convertible, from the original senior owner and got an excellent price! I too have always admired the looks of the S type and came very close to buying a nice one just before buying the one I have now.


I've owned it for 4 years now and have only had 2 issues with my car and both times came HERE to this forum and everybody seems eager to help in any way, so, come in often and see what everybody's doing and if you have any issues with your car, be sure to check here first and you will probably find answers & the information will always be interesting!


Florida is just great for owning my Jaguar, especially it being a convertible.
