Have been a member for several years with an award winning 89 XJS. Have posted to this forum but not introduced myself !!!! Living in Charleston, WV.. OK, I was born and raised in Charleston, SC !!! We moved here from Savannah, GA (my wife's home) and where we lived for 20 plus years after my retirement from the military in 82. Have been working on and around cars since I was 13. Previously restored, frame off, a 65 Totota Sports 800. 66 Porsch 911sc, and others long gone. Still try to do all of my own work. Have a lift in the garage. Also have a MB 450sl. Looking forward to those on this forum to assist me gaining knowledge regarding my "new" XKR with slightly less than 50k. Will be performing that service either late summer or this fall.
Former gun ship pilot in Vietnam and commanded the first platoon there to fly the Cobra helicopter in Vietnam..

Thanks to all for the welcome. Yes, I am familiar with the links. Love my 89 XJS and getting to know my XKR.... Somehow, a MB 450SL got snuck into the garage as well. lol

Thanks, BTW now living in Charleston, WV, but grew up (fourth generation) in Charleston, SC !!! I still have quite a bit of family there. Wife is from Savannah where we lived 20 plus years after retiring from the military. Moved up here to be somewhat closer to our grandchildern... We have a very active WVBCC here. I'm in Charlie East as we call it, once or so a year.
