New to forum and jags
Hello all My name is Jerry and I live in Butte MT. USA I just purchased my first jag it is a 1991 vanden plas in near mint shape. Hope to get many miles of enjoyment from the car (I really enjoyed it for the 3 days I drove it prior to it's first breakdown) hopefully I will have it back up and on the road shortly.

I saw your post about the non-start issue earlier and moved it to the XJ40 section for a better and faster response from members with the same vehicle. Here's a direct link to it:

The 'HOW TO' thread at the top of the XJ40 tech section is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
