New forum, new country, new model, same Jag
Hey everyone,
I just moved to the USA (Northern California) from the UK and bought my first XK8 (2005 X100 convertible). This is my 9th Jaguar overall, but my first 2 door. I'm reasonably mechanically competent and a computer engineer by trade so I tend to do a lot of work myself and have had numerous computer connections over the years (although never for Jag).
It is great to be here and I have already answered a ton of questions about the new Jag (mirrors, seats, audio etc.)

It sounds like you've already found your way to the X100 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
