I just bought a 2006 X-type VDP. I love the look, but I inherited some issues. The fan control module has gone out, and the previous owner yanked it out and hard wired it to the battery. So I'm not sure which model I have. I need to replace this and hopefully not spend the 850 the dealer wants for this. Also the wipers won't park.

And help or advice would be appreciated.
