My name is Dennis Marcus I live in The Netherlands and just bought my first Jaguar; 2003 XJ8 3.5. The XJ was originally sold in Germany where it had one owner who, based on the maintenance log, took great care of this car. The XJ will be my daily driver to get me to my job Amsterdam where I work with a company specialised in high-end driving simulators used by car manufacturers to ensure the cars of the future are not only stylish but also fun to drive! Next to the XJ, I also own a Honda S2000 which is a nice contrast with the XJ. The horsepower is similar but the driving experience is completely different!!
The forum was already a great help during my search for the XJ, so big thanks to all of you! The first things for me to work on are an air suspension fault and a center armrest cover that will not open. I already found several threads on these topics, so I look forward to fixing these issues.
Being a first time Jaguar owner, it will probably take a while before I can contribute to the forum, so, I hope I will make it through the spam-reducing qualifying period
