Default New jag owner, new to the forum

Hello all, I am happy to be apart of the jaguar community. I have an 2000 s type 3.0 with 120k miles. I had posted one part of a two part question. The second question is about a LF relay malfunction. I had disconnected the electronic plug from the air intake while the battery was unplugged. I think I plugged the battery back up before plugging the electrical plug into the air throttle. The panic alarm sounded and wouldn't cut off using the key fob. That's when the LF relay malfunction appeared on the bottom of the dashboard. The driver side front turn signal and hazard light stopped working. Both rear and passenger signals work fine. I checked the fuses under the hood and looked at the relays there as well. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Your best bet for answers to that problem would be the S-type section. Members there would know how to help you.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum papalarge,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the S-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Northeast Region forum by following this link US Northeast - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
