Default New to jags but I love to tinker

Hi Guys

I randomly purchased a '99 XKR in british racing green last week from a mate of a mate who needed cash due to divorce. His loss was definitely my gain! It's completely stock and in reasonable condition (save for the bag of rocks in the supercharger) with 120k miles on the clock and I am in love! Thanks to this forum I felt comfortable that I could maintain and repair the car myself so a big thank you to all of the members!!

Hopefully my experience in muscle cars and tuned japanese street racers will help me to contribute to this community but until then, thank you thank you thank you!

Welcome.

Nice pick up there.

Forget the badge, the mechanicals are the same as any car ever made. Some little oddities just for fun, but the tinker attitude will see you well.

Another story of kitty love!
I've learned that all automobiles, no matter the make or size, work on basically the same principles. Once you have those down, you can fix anything.

Good score on your Jaguar.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
