My name is Don and I live in Napa CA. Purchased a 2000 XK8 convertible with 36000 mi. about a year ago. My wife and I are having a great time using it as a Sunday driver (have only put on ~1100 miles so far). This past weekend we experienced are first major problem. After lowering the top and raising it again hydronic fluid (yellowish green) began leaking from the windshield header. From what I have read i t looks like an expensive fix. Oh well! Worth it for the fun of driving. Looking forward to communicating with all on this forum.

 

Oh Dear! The dreaded green fluid leak. I'm sure someone (probably several someones) over in our XK8 section can help you with that. One of the Mods will be along shortly to direct you there.
