Default New to Jaguar

Just bought a 2019 XF with just over 11000 miles on the clock. Not loving it yet.

I’m not the main driver, my missus is. She is only 5ft tall and slightly built. The seat is hell for her and we will probably have to get it modified soon or sell it. I also find the seat back hard.

Sorry to moan on my first post but that’s why I’m here. We need a solution to make the XF comfortable to drive.

Welcome. Are you saying that the seat is too "hard" or that she just can't find a comfortable position within the range of adjustment?

It’s both. We’ve just bought her old car back. The XF is never going to work. She couldn’t even get comfortable as a passenger. It’s going up for sale soon.

Cars are a definitely a highly personal selection and seats are one of the most critical elements. One thing I've noticed is that cars with heated seats tend to have a harder seating surface. I was going to suggest that you might can have an upholstery shop remove the seat heater and add a layer of scrim foam and that can make a pretty big difference.
