Hi all! My name is Roger1 and I live in Chesterland, Ohio(near Cleveland). In January of 2018 I purchased a 2001 XK8, black convertible with 49,000 miles. Due to our weather conditions namely snow and salt on the roads, I have not had a chance to put any miles on my jag. Looking forward to summer time and logging a few miles in the sun. I do have plans to replace the secondary timing tensioners this summer as I have read an awful lot about the possible fatal events. This forum was most helpful during my search for my XK8 and wish to thank all.

I know you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
