Greetings to all Jaguar Forum members.
Firstly, I'd like to extend a big HELLO from myself here in, Rotherham, UK!. My love of Jags started at the tender age of 12. I now have an X type 2.2 SE in Gunmetal Grey with charcoal leather interior. She's Gorgeous! I purchased her just over a year ago and she's performed faultlessly. Although i would say that servicing is a must with these cars. The car itself has now only covered 30,000 miles since new. A credit to the former owner, who due to illness i'm afraid to say was unable to drive the car, so from 2014 / 2017 she only covered 3500 miles.
since ownership iv'e replaced the pads all round and put 2 tyres on her.
Fortunately i live close to Hatfields which is the main dealership for Jaguar in my area, and it made me squeak a little for a major service £325 / $415 it was money well spent in the long run. Since though they've been rather good with their fixed price cost policy.

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums. Our UK Jaguar Dealer fixed price servicing is excellent value for money. I have done my own servicing for years but recently put my XK into Stratstone at Houghton-le-Spring for service because it was little more than the cost of parts and materials.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I agree with you about the service plan I bought the Xtype as a rolling restoration but, Hatfields can't find anything wrong with her. Lol. Nevertheless I always find something that can be improved..🤪
