Lurking for a while. Time to introduce myself I suppose
First Jag I owned was in 2004 when I lived in Flagstaff, Arizona. Black 86' XJ6. Beauty of a car, engine and transmission were shot. Did a John's conversion with a 350 I built for a 66' Impala that was long gone. Sold that to a young kid who blew the engine in a couple months.
Fast forward a few months ago, I bought (way overpaid) a 72' XJ6. Needs a lot of work, but every time I look at it I get that feeling... money be damned, it's mine.
Looking forward to sharing my journey with you all.
I had a silver 1972 when it was the current model. With the combination of rain and road salt in England, it wasn't looking as good as that by 1975!
