Default jjmdj725 - 71 S2 OTS 4.2

New Member - Purchased my 71 S2 OTS in October of 94 - 29 years strong ... getting ready to sell and got myself in an electrical pickle. New alternator ... connected the harness up and now when I connect the battery, the starter engages even if the key is off. ??
Also put a new starter solenoid, was very careful in transferring the wires from old one to the new one. One wire at a time. ??

Also put a new starter solenoid, was very careful in transferring the five wires from old one to the new one. One wire at a time. ?? Could the RW and BR wires switched?
