I just joined the forum. I bought a 2004 X Type 3.0 over Labor Day weekend. I have a few issues but it looks like I have a great car!

Congratulations on your new-to-you car!
I suppose one can expect a few issues with a 10 year old car. You'll find lots of help in our X-type section.

Welcome from ElinorB.

Default Welcome!!

S-Type R owner here, from Sykesville. Started out my Jag ownership experience with an '03 X-Type, and would still have that car even today "in the stable" if not for a distracted-driver running a red-light and totalling it out from under me.

Had more than 130k miles on it, and it was still concourse fresh, and going strong! A fine vehicle, which I miss even now, dearly (especially in the winter, the moment we get even a flake of snow here)!

This is a great place and resource for you here, as a fellow Jag owner.
Enjoy your new kitty, and WELCOME TO THE FORUMS!!

Cheers,
-Grant
