Howdy! My name is Sadie and I live in Iowa. I own a 1987 XJ6 (Series III) and she's been my daily driver for nearly three years now (yes, even through the polar vortex). Through most of our time together she's been very reliable, easy to work on and a total joy to drive, but the past six months or so I've been experiencing intermittent problems at idle that my mechanic can't seem to pin down. I'll be making a separate post about that in the XJ6 forum with all the gory details later.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
