My name is John Robicheau. I am in Medicine Hat, AB Canada ( yup... badlands Alberta ). 47 yrs old... and I like Jags. :P
Thought I would say hi, just signed up.
Not much to say about me really... I work like a slave, get paid like a slave, but at least I drive a Jag. :P
Got me an '88 Xj6 Sovereign almost restored ( I have every receipt for everything done to it ), all thats left is some trim work, some hail damage on the hood, a head lamp, tail lamp... and minor interior detailing
Some obligatory pics of my Jag:
The only thing I have changed was taking out the original Clarion cassette deck, and replaced it with a JVC Bluetooth/USB/CD unit... ( reasonable ) everything else in the sound setup I left, Speakers/ subs/ amp.
I got a bead on an '88 XjS V12 (gold) I may pick up, fix the body up and paint to match mine :P ( we'll see ) :P
The V12 will be a hoot, and you will enjoy every second of it.
Truth be told... it was my dad's project, I am carrying it on... He just didn't have time/room for it anymore. I just want to see it finished. ( And its hella fun to drive! )
The V12 is in similar shape, and the guy is asking a reasonable price. Just not sure I am going to be able to afford to feed it the gas at these prices these days! LOL! It has a bit of aftermarket on it ( like the exhaust... so the v12 actually growls a little more than stock... :P ) a tach, and CD unit.. :P But it would be fun to have a pair of '88 Jags
