Hello all Jaguar enthusiast.
I am considering purchasing a 2013-2014 XJ L 5.0. Hopefully under 30K miles and was needing advice on what to be aware of on the purchase. Brakes, belts, hoses, super charger, and interior electrical issues or anything else that mite be of concern.

Best

Ray

Thank you for the warm reception.
The North Houston dealership did not have a Supercharged 5.0L but I was able to drive a naturally aspirated 5.0l. Amazing vehicle and if it had SC I would have been a proud owner.

Ray,

Sorry to hear the dealer didn't have the SC version. It's worth looking out of State to find the right model and spec.

I'm in Houston and found one in Portland Or. We just can't seem to agree on price. What a drive that would be.

That's my kind of drive.

I took my XK on holiday from the north of England to the south of Spain last September. Just over 1900 miles in two days to get down there.

I was up for the drive but that may need to wait till the weather warms up. Pirelli warns about driving P Zeros in anythind colder than 46 degrees.

Best,

Ray
